Yes, you can set your preferences from your online portal and select immediate automatic forwarding for all of your mail pieces. You may leave instructions for any special circumstances and preferences for carrier and shipping method to save time.

We do not have any restrictions of our own, however, carriers and law enforcement agencies maintain lists of restricted items. Customers should refer to those lists if they have any concerns about their items. The customer is responsible to ensure they are compliant with all laws and regulations.

Use the address we provide you in any way you wish: to receive mail, packages or both. Share your new address with your business associates, use it for online shopping, or have your subscriptions sent to your new address. How you use your address is totally up to you.

Slight variations or obvious typos of names should not hinder delivery. It is the address that should be accurate to prevent failed deliveries.

Yes, customer service team members are available during our regular business hours and can be reached in a variety of ways: fax, email, phone and online chat.

When you set up your account online you will get to choose a unique username and password combination. These will allow you to gain access to everything associated with your account. You can view deliveries, packages in transit, pay your bills, add funds to your account, see completed orders, and set or change your preferences. You can also report issues and contact customer service from your online portal.

All cancellations of subscriptions can be accomplished from the customer portal. If you are canceling due to service issues, we kindly ask you to reach out to us prior canceling to give us an opportunity to make things right. Sometimes, customers no longer require a service and/or wish to pause their subscription, and we make it easy for them to modify or cancel their plan. You can always resume your subscription the same way you’d pause them.

Yes, you can. The address is yours to use in any way you see fit (within the law). If you would like to let friends or relatives use it, then you can certainly do so. Any additional user will need to fill out USPS Form 1583 before we can process their mail pieces. Also, please check the volume limits of your plan prior to allowing other people to use the account. You will be responsible for billing for all users under your account.

Sure. In a nutshell, we will provide you with a U.S. mailing address. You will use this address to receive your correspondence and package deliveries. Feel free to share the address with your contacts, vendors and friends. Use it as your “ship to” address for any deliveries you’d want. We will receive your order, photograph the package and upload the images to your online portal, and then process and forward the package out to you at your desired location.

No, we do not open any mail or package we receive on your behalf. Customers can explicitly request us to inspect or verify contents. In that event, the package is taken to our restricted access area, opened, photographed (including contents), repackaged in the original packaging and returned to our processing area to await customer instructions. We will submit all the photos to the secure online portal of our customer for further review.

Our goal is to forward items within 48 hours after we receive them. If we do not have a customer’s instructions already on file, that can prolong the processing time. Also, the amount of time it takes to get from our location to yours depends on the distance, the carrier selected, and the shipping method chosen to forward that item. In short, there are lots of variables that can affect processing timeframe.

We use high-quality imaging equipment and we utilize high enough resolution that is legible yet of manageable size, so it can be easily retrieved from your online portal.

We do not handle junk mail. If we receive any junk mail addressed to our customers, it is discarded, and we do not count junk mails towards their monthly volume.

No, there is no option for a personal pick up for our customers currently.
